Create a new invoice

Create a new invoice

Creating a new invoice can be an important task for any business, and it’s important to have a system in place that makes the process as easy and straightforward as possible. That’s where InvoiceNet comes in.

At InvoiceNet, we’ve worked hard to design a program that simplifies the process of creating a new invoice. We’ve included only the most essential elements on the screen, hiding any unnecessary features until they’re needed. This helps to streamline the process and make it as efficient as possible.

So, how do you create a new invoice with InvoiceNet? It’s easy. First, click on the green “New invoice” button located at the top-right of the main dashboard screen. This will take you to the invoice creation screen, where you can begin the process of creating your invoice.

Once you’re on the invoice creation screen, you’ll need to select a customer from the available options, or create a new customer if necessary. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see options for specifying whether this is a draft invoice or a final invoice, and for setting the number of due days. You’ll also need to select the currency for the invoice.

Next, you can add a heading to the invoice if desired. This is optional, but it can be helpful in providing additional context or information about the invoice.

To begin adding items to the invoice, simply start typing in the invoice line field, describing the product or service being billed. You can also select from items that are already stored in the system. Be sure to add a price and quantity for each item. If necessary, you can rearrange the order of the invoice lines by dragging them to the desired position. To delete an invoice line, click on the trashcan symbol located to the right.

At any point during the process, you can preview the invoice by clicking on the “Preview” link. This will allow you to see how the invoice looks before you finalize it. When you are satisfied with the invoice, click on the green “Create invoice” button to finalize it.

What now?

After your invoice has been created, you have several options for what to do next. You can send it out via email with an attachment in PDF format, download it as a PDF, or print it out. This allows you to choose the best method for getting the invoice to your customer and getting paid.

We hope you enjoy using InvoiceNet and find it to be a valuable tool for creating and managing your invoices. Our team has put a lot of effort into creating this program, and we believe it can be a valuable resource for businesses of all sizes.
